1. General
1.1. By registering an account or using towercasino.ca (the "Site"), you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and the rules of any game or promotion you enter. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

6.2. We reserve the right to void bets and game rounds affected by malfunction, obvious error ("palpable error") or breach of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
